服務條款

• JPBook（地球人日本語）由 Po-Hsun Cho 經營，提供日語教材的線上閱讀與語音朗讀。
• 每本有聲教材售價 10 美元，購買一次，在服務營運期間可持續使用。台灣郵局轉帳依當時匯率換算為新台幣，個位數捨去。
• 購買有聲教材後，可在網站上線上閱讀同一本書的 PDF。內容不提供下載，PDF 不另外販售。
• 語音由您裝置上的語音功能朗讀，聲音會因裝置和瀏覽器而不同，發音也可能有誤差。部分 App 內建瀏覽器（例如 LINE）可能沒有聲音，請改用 Safari 或 Chrome。
• 一個帳號最多綁定 2 台裝置，同一時間只能在 1 台使用。帳號僅限本人使用，請勿分享帳號，也不得複製、散布或轉售內容。違反時我們可以停用帳號。
• 內容的著作權屬於作者。如果有一天服務將結束營運，我們會事先在網站上公告。
• 本條款如有修改，會公告在這一頁。本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準。

隱私權

• 我們收集：Email、加密後的密碼、購買紀錄、裝置識別碼（用於裝置數量限制）。郵局轉帳另外保存您回報的轉出帳號後五碼。
• 我們不會取得您的信用卡資料，PayPal 付款由 PayPal 處理。
• 資料只用於帳號、開通書籍、客服和寄送通知。只有您勾選同意時，才會寄新書和優惠訊息，您可以隨時取消。
• 我們使用的服務商：Cloudflare（網站與資料儲存）、Resend（寄信）、PayPal（付款）。我們不販售您的個人資料。
• 網站在您的瀏覽器儲存登入狀態與學習紀錄（例如收藏、已會），這些資料用來讓網站正常運作。
• 想查詢、更正或刪除您的資料，請來信聯絡。刪除帳號後，已購買的書將無法再閱讀。

退款規定

• 每本書都可以先免費試讀前 10%，請試讀後再決定是否購買。
• 線上數位內容購買後立即開通，經您事先同意，不適用 7 天鑑賞期，購買後不接受因個人因素退款。
• 以下情況可以退款：書打不開或內容有問題，而且我們無法修復；重複付款；付款後沒有開通，而且我們無法處理。
• 請來信說明訂單 Email、書名和問題。退款後，這本書會從帳號收回。

Terms of Service

• JPBook (Chikyujin Nihongo) is run by Po-Hsun Cho and offers online reading and speech playback of Japanese learning materials.
• Each audio book costs 10 US dollars. You buy it once and can keep using it for as long as the service operates. Taiwan post office transfers are converted to New Taiwan dollars at the current rate, with the last digit dropped.
• Buying an audio book also lets you read the same book's PDF online. Content cannot be downloaded, and PDFs are not sold separately.
• Speech is produced by your device, so voices differ by device and browser, and pronunciation may contain errors. Some in-app browsers, such as LINE, may have no sound. Please use Safari or Chrome.
• An account can be linked to at most 2 devices and used on 1 at a time. Accounts are personal. Do not share them, or copy, distribute or resell the content. We may disable accounts that break these rules.
• The author owns the copyright in the content. If the service ever closes, we will announce it on the website in advance.
• Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).

Privacy

• We collect your email, encrypted password, purchase records and a device ID (for the device limit). For post office transfers we also keep the last 5 digits you report.
• We never receive your card details. PayPal handles PayPal payments.
• We use this data only for your account, unlocking books, support and notices. We send new books and offers only if you ticked the box, and you can cancel anytime.
• Our service providers are Cloudflare (website and data storage), Resend (email) and PayPal (payments). We do not sell your personal data.
• The website stores your sign-in state and study records, such as favorites and known words, in your browser so that it can work.
• To access, correct or delete your data, email us. After an account is deleted, its purchased books can no longer be read.

Refund Policy

• Every book has a free preview of the first 10%. Please read it before you decide to buy.
• Online digital content is unlocked immediately after purchase. With your prior consent, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply, and we do not give refunds for personal reasons.
• You can get a refund if a book will not open or its content has a problem we cannot fix, if you paid twice, or if a paid book was not unlocked and we cannot fix it.
• Email us with your order email, the book title and the problem. After a refund, the book is removed from your account.
